The Living Monument is the product of the research and work of a student group of Politecnico di Milano-Polo di Cremona.

We are reimagining food production through vertical hydroponics – a sustainable, space-efficient solution for  the future of farming.

By combining design, technology, and collaboration, we’re creating a living system that produces fresh food while inspiring innovation.

This “Passion in Action” initiative is the result of a participatory design process involving students, faculty, staff, and external partners. “Passion in Action” is the catalog of open-ended educational activities that the Politecnico di Milano offers its students, to foster the development of transversal, soft, and social skills, and to encourage the personalized enrichment of their personal, cultural, and professional background.
